No tags found. Either:-

• bif doesn't exist as a user,
• they don't have any tags defined,
• del.icio.us is down, or
• del.icio.us has been sweepingly or subtly redesigned and my RSS-eating script doesn't work any more.

(It's the fourth one, isn't it? One API redesign or other broke this, and I gave up and switched to Pinboard in 2011.)
