In the Northern League or Trappist version, cloistering is not permitted until Kensal Rise has been played. As cloistering greatly increases the defensive value of holy stations, the timing of Kensal Rise is critical.
In the Northern League or Trappist version, cloistering is not permitted until Kensal Rise has been played. As cloistering greatly increases the defensive value of holy stations, the timing of a play of Kensal Rise is key part of this variant.
