Restricts station types that can be be played as the result of a parallel-cross hatch move. This restriction can't extend outside of the originating zone. William Hartnell developed a simple but brilliant countermove, posthumously named 'the time-shift', which opens up direct lines through all inhibiting boundaries, often resulting in a star shaped breakout.
