Difference (from prior major revision) (minor diff, author diff)

Changed: 1,4c1,5
The International Cress Federation is the governing body in charge of Cress and certain related games, such as Mornington Chess. They do not have any direct jurisdiction over Mornington Crescent, but ties between the ICF and the IMCS are quite close and there are often local arrangments whereby both organisations share the same venues. For political reasons, the ICF does not officially acknowledge the existence of CAMREC.
