Xindung

Xindung sits on top of the equatorial line. It is slightly larger than Finrize, the closest major landmass. The environment varies across the continent, but it is always hot. Heavy rainfall in the south has produced an area known as the Marabass Jungle, but further north this thins out into the open plains occupied by the Kalchichi empire. The Kalchichi plains have become badly poluted to environmental mismanagement. While the Marabass jungles still remain healthy, there has been a growing problem with acid rain when the wind blows the wrong way. This problem is also shared by the Gateway Islands. Run off into the sea has started to damage the previously good fishing in the region. Polution is also ugly, and effects the torist trade that is so important to the islands economy.
