Decoding challenge

I challenge anybody to make a machine that decodes encrypted cyphers generated by suhizik

No, I mean an entire machine with 8 empty spaces at the top where you can put in an encrypted string from suhizik, and a 4 digit output that gives you the data you put into suhizik.
P.S.  The digits DDBB are the digits being encrypted, you can replace them as long as you tell me the replacements.

I put a more compact version of your machine on top to generate the values instead of making a machine with 8 barrel slots.
