Nice solutions everyone! I especially liked Rene's "Sisyphus Shrugged" solution for it's elegance. I also liked Immibis' solution. It was more like what I was imagining when I came up with the puzzle. Instead of shrinking from the difficulty of implementing it as I did, he actually made it work. Here's my belated and unremarkable solution for "Sisyphus Shrugged"( bimuned: xidikuzEdit: now properly spelled "Immibis".

Nice solutions, guys. I'm slightly embarrassed by my use of winches in mine: in one I put in a winch where i meant to use a down-pipe, and in the other, i used a series of downpipes and bulldozers where winches would have been simpler. It seemed to make sense at the time. I too was wondering whether Thresher would be possible with the ~150 tick time limit and without barrels, Rene. I think it is probably not possible, and proving myself wrong would be a real pain. Here are some new puzzles. The first two are very easy, as I think the warehouse needs more good "newbie" difficulty puzzles. A caveat about "Routing Problem 3": I haven't actually solved it, and while I think it is possible, I'm finding space to be a real issue. It's definately not "easy" though. Sorry about that.
