At the start of each turn, nominate a non-Sidekick Corporation publically. Both you and the other Corporation, when declaring actions, declare whether their Counter-Suits will protect against the other's Lawsuits. If neither Corporation declares this and neither Corporation launches a Lawsuit against the other, both gain 25 Million.
