Add a Super-Power

To prevent spam, a password is required to add new Super-Powers - if you're submitting for the first time, post them to the mailing list instead, and someone who knows the password will add them by hand (and tell you the password for next time).

A Request: To avoid the archive filling up with ambiguous or confusing Super-Powers, please only submit stuff that you've actually played with, or are fully confident about the sense of. We might implement a approval-pending system eventually, but until then, either test your Super-Powers in battle or put them up for critique on the mailing list. Thanks.
