Hmmm, be quite simple as a metagame to be put on top of other games and played out over the course of a month or two of gaming, or until someone got five points or whatnot. Of course, trying to turn it into an actual game in and of itself would be an entertaining challenge. Making several things like the number of moves you can place in a round be situationally dependent and such, getting points for looking at an opponent as if they're turn isn't done yet. Hmmm.
