| Well, it's not so bad if you regard the board aspect as just a way of turning up random properties (with a clearly visible set of likely next-turns); a lot of the strategy is in the trading.

| I'm not sure on the strategy there... everyone I've ever played it with (including myself) simply go around the board, buying every property you can, and bidding on any property that someone else couldn't afford.
