A ruleset variant compiled by the Pakistan MCS and agreed to rather hastily in March 1978 as a way to preempt
Bombay '78, which was signed off by the India SMC in April 1978. This haste is evident in the omissions and inconsistencies within the ruleset, some of which have been exploited by imaginative (or, if you prefer, unscrupulous) players, most notably
Schuster's Punctuation Loop.
Neither ruleset achieved IMCS accreditation.
