Where two players have precisely equal
line velocities in the same direction (including an LV of zero), they are permitted to move to the same station consecutively – a
stationary shunt. This move is only permissible if the active player would be otherwise eligible to
shunt.
This can be used (according to the situation) either to reinforce the previous move, or to claim the benefits of it.
