1956—

A minor county player who wore the Surrey colours for three years in the 1980s, and was the last Camberley MCC player to be so ennobled in the 20th century.

Tucker is primarily remembered for inventing the Tucker block, a very ingenious use of negative psychology which is now widely used. Unfortunately, his vanishingly low profile within the MC community, and the fact that he never made the proper claim on his invention, has meant that this singular novelty is rarely properly attributed.

Tucker himself continues to play as a hobby, but he has not played competitively since 1991.
